Here at the Desert Sunset Health Office, we care for students in need of medical attention. Whether that involves administering approved medications or mending a scraped knee, our staff is here during school hours to ensure our students stay safe and healthy. Whether you’ve recently moved to Buckeye or you’ve been in the area a while, we’d like to welcome you to our Coyote community. It only takes a few simple steps to register your child here at Desert Sunset Elementary. Here’s what we need from you to get started:

• The child’s original Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Proof of Residency (such as a utility bill)

• Parent/Guardian identification (such as an Arizona Driver’s License)

• Any previous school records if possible (not required)

You will find all other enrollment information, including our registration packet, on our district Registration page. If you have any questions or need assistance filling out the packet, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
